Today many real estate agents are shooting out of the gate and doing over 200 deals a year in just a few years.</p>
<p>Do you think the training that real estate agents do today is different then it was even a decade ago?</p>
<p>My name is James Osmar and I think that Realtors today have to use a mix of old and new training skills.  Just as Roger Bannisiter broke the 4 minute mile&#8230; Today real estate agents are regularly shooting past 200 deals year&#8230;</p>
