Has anyone tried interviewing a group of realtors?

Considering having a bunch of realtors come to my house and individually pitch their plan to sell my house in the current market. Marketing strategy, reduction in commission, etc. My house has been on the market for over a year and has not sold (Atlanta area). Great house, low price, but cannot compete against new homes that builders are dumping for bargain prices. Other methods for getting the best deal with realtors?

Realtors don’t sell anything.
90% of houses are sold, after somebody searched for one on the internet.
Your house will sell for todays right price, which is 30% lower then 2 years ago. That’s for a 400,000 house from 2 years ago today 280,000.

do not waste their time; they represent you and only a DUMB
broker will represent both you and the buyer.

TILL The new laws/funds go through congress, it would be
valuable to hold your breathe and do NOTHING.

    to get your house sold, here are 2 winners;

sell for no money down, with credit check and payrol deduction
and extra insurance paid by the buyer.

    or offer a lease purchase.

consider starting up a home based biz, get it profitable and
advertise it as being included with the home at
    no extra cost.

lastly, presuming you want to live someplace, consider
    a swap, aka, 1031

one new service will find someone in the area you want to move
to and help them swap for a house where they want to move to
and everyone gets what they want.

I can help further if desired.

If there is a decent commission for them they should be happy to come by and make a pitch to you.

It is a great idea. Space out the appointments so you don’t feel rushed. Agents go to many classes to teach them how to impress you at the first appointment. You don’t want to be impressed. You want results. The best agents will surprise you with their dedication and their knowledge..
