One of the requirements is to take one principles of real estate class. However you can take the class on line or by correspondence and it is really easy. It won’t take you more than a few hours.

    You can’t…it’s that simple.

    You can’t get a license for something you don’t know how to do and understand the legal impact of the job if you have never taken classes and passed a standard to prove competency.
