I don’t want my cat in the house while realtors are going in and out of my house for the next 2 months. I need to find someone willing to keep the cat during the day while I’m out at work. Any suggestions?
If you’re in the states than try Craigs list. You might look in the yellow pages for a kennel which would keep your cat temporarily as well.

Considering having a bunch of realtors come to my house and individually pitch their plan to sell my house in the current market. Marketing strategy, reduction in commission, etc. My house has been on the market for over a year and has not sold (Atlanta area). Great house, low price, but cannot compete against new homes that builders are dumping for bargain prices. Other methods for getting the best deal with realtors?
Realtors don’t sell anything.
90% of houses are sold, after somebody searched for one on the internet.
Your house will sell for todays right price, which is 30% lower then 2 years ago. That’s for a 400,000 house from 2 years ago today 280,000.

I’ve been a Realtor for about 4 years, selling only residential properties. I enjoy the investment side of real estate more and I really think I’d enjoy working in commercial real estate. On average, do Commercial Realtors make more than residential? I live in a decent size city with a lot of commercial property.
Thanks!
No. More residential properties than commercial makes more consistent opportunities in residential. Commercial may have a better commission. Do both.

Many times, the reason a house sells is circumstance — having the right house for the right buyers at the right time. Former real estate agents and experienced for sale by owner sellers share some of their tips. If you have the skills to be able to sell your own home, you can save yourself a hefty commission.

I am doing a project for school and I am looking for charts, graphs, and information about office space rentals by realtors. Any assistance will be appreciated.
I am looking for charts, graphs, anything that will show positive effects of real estate in an office building. I know this sounds ridiculous but it is for school like I stated before.
I’m not exactly sure what you are looking for but here are some good sites:
www.costar.com
www.loopnet.com
Grubb & Ellis, and Cushman and Wakefield, both publish reports about the office leasing industry. Look for links like "Research", "Reports" or "White Papers".

I have a new home inspection business and need to send my flyer with attached coupon to realtors so home buyers can use my services and save money!
In larger markets there is often a Real Estate Board Association which usually has a non-member website that allows the public access to contact information. Of course there are state and national boards too. I highly suggest you send your info via snail mail (to their office addresses and their home address if possible) rather than easily deletable or filtered spam on their email. You have to remember that Realtors are inundated by dozens and dozens of companies trying to sell them stuff.
