Greg Manning explains the home inspection process, starting with kitchen appliances, plumbing and cabinetry. Greg also inspects the main home, focusing on any cracks in the tile which could be red flags for structural problems. As the home inspection process continues, windows are inspected for proper sealing and a moisture meter is used to detect mold. One of the most important areas of the home in the home inspection process is the garage. The electrical panel, wiring, breakers, air conditioning system and water heater are inspected for age and energy efficiency.
